Description   As these boards are "retired" from the wine making process, we turn them into BBQ Planks!  Each measures approximately 12 inches by 4.5 inches and are ideal for our pre-portioned wild seafood!  Simply soak in water overnight and place on your grill, as they begin to smoke, add the seafood to the plank!  The undertones of the oak and saturated wines will make a grilling experience to remember! For Larger fillets, simply use 2 boards at a time.
