Our boneless Salmon fillets provide a "no waste" solution to our food service customers. The box size is an ideal 27"x14"x14". Designed to fit in most restaurant freezers. The 2 fillet portions may be thawed as needed in the walk-in or under cold water. Thawed fillets will keep several days refrigerated in their vacuum package.
Available in 4/6oz, 8/9oz & 16oz Fillet Portions. The 16oz portion offers significant flexibiliy in creating 4oz lunch portions, 8oz dinner portions or 12oz dinner portions with one swipe of the knife.
