Wild Ocean Seafoods smoked salmon are smoked over traditional alder using only Wild King (Chinook), Pacific Steelhead and Sockeye Salmon. The significant oil content of these salmon species make them ideal for smoking.

Of special concern in our smoking process is to maintain uniform smoke penetration. Unlike many smoked salmon providers, we separate the thinner tail fillets and belly portions, smoking them individually to minimize the thickness variations, delivering a consistent texture and flavor.
