3 Digital Pictures per submission maximum. 640x480 size maximum.
The Picture is Required.
Seafood must be available at www.wildoceanseafoods.com. It does not have to be purchased here.
No “Farmed” Fish or Shrimp. Shellfish from Aquaculture is OK if from USA or Canada.

Judging Criteria:
Can the recipe be made in an "average" kitchen or on a BBQ with tools normally found there?
Does the recipe allow the underlying seafood flavor to come through?
Is the Prep Time reasonable or can some prep be done the day before?
Are there "Tips and Tricks" of a general or specific nature that enhance the preparation, cooking or serving?

Recipe Template:
Background: This is a general description of your recipe, how you think it fits in the scheme for a dinner (appetizer, starter, entrée, dessert etc.) Some general ideas for optional presentations etc.
Ingredients: A list of what is needed to prepare the recipe.
Preparation: The steps to prepare the ingredients for cooking
Cooking Instructions: Detailed temperatures & times for the ingredients.
Plating: How to assemble the cooked ingredients on the plate with recommendations for complementary side dishes.
