Whole Dungeness Crab are cooked then brine frozen. The Crab is then poly bagged to ensure that the entire crab arrives in one piece. Whole Dungeness Crab contain most of the Crab Meat in the body and leg cavities. A typical crab weighs approximately 1.5lbs to 2.5lbs. A normal serving is 1 whole crab as the primary entree.
