Aromatic with toasted sesame seeds, hot-smoky chilies, and flakes of dried seaweed, this rub is perfect for pan-searing, broiling, or grilling fresh tuna. Its also wonderful on other seafood--salmon, shrimp, and scallops. Unlike the rest of our rubs, Spicy Tokyo Rub contains no sugar. Use it like salt and pepper, sprinkled in soups and stews, or over rice.
