Each week we post a new seafood recipe featuring fun and easy to prepare recipes for wild seafood.

Our recipes include halibut, salmon, snapper, tuna, swordfish, dungeness crab, alaska king crab, mahi mahi, prawns and more!

We have to admit that posting recipes for the past few years has been a “chore to ignore”. So, in an effort to improve this situation, we are going to add one recipe per week here and archive them by month.

"Kung Hei Fat Choi" (Wu) or "Gong Xi Fa Cai" (Mandarin); no matter how you say it, the Chinese New Year Celebration starts on January 26th! This is a fun and easy to prepare recipe for a restaurant style crab dish that is one of my personal favorites!  The only caveat: This recipe is adapted from a live crab recipe - do not over cook your crab!
Hint: Start with your crab partially thawed or cold instead of room temperature.

My brother Luke created this "prep in 20 minutes" recipe that will get you out of the kitchen and onto the patio with friends and family!  He used fresh small stalk Asparagus and our Super Jumbo Wild Gulf Shrimp and Prawns. This recipe easily scales up or down depending on the number of family members & guests.
