The best way to get maximum flavor from you Jumbo Shrimp & Prawns is to place them in a brine (cold salty water) for 20 minutes prior to cooking.

Simply peel & de-vein your Jumbo Shrimp and place in a bowl with cold water & a teaspoon of sea salt (non iodized) salt for 15-20 minutes, remove, rinse & cook! You will be amazed at the difference in the shrimp after cooking!
