Alaska Golden King Crab sections are cooked, cleaned, then brine frozen. Crab Sections contain most of the Dungeness Crab Meat in the body and leg cavities. A typical crab cluster weighs approximately 3/4 pound. Normal servings are 1 section when served with another entree or 2 sections as the primary entree.
