Our boneless Ono fillets & steaks provide a "no waste" solution to our food service customers. The box size is an ideal 33"x14"x14". Designed to fit in most restaurant freezers. The 2 fillet or steak portions may be thawed as needed in the walk-in or under cold water. Thawed fillets will keep several days refrigerated in their vacuum package.
