Description   Make Authentic Restaurant Style Kal Bi with Noh Korean BBQ Seasoning. What you need: 1 pkg. NOH Korean Barbecue Seasoning Mix 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 lb. of beef short ribs Combine contents of package with 1/2 cup water and 2 tablespoons of cooking oil; blend/stir well. Marinate 1 lb. of short ribs in sauce for 2 to 4 hours. (For best results, marinate overnight.) Barbecue, broil, or pan fry the short ribs, basting frequently. Suggestions: Add diced green onions to marinating sauce. Cut short ribs 1/4-inch thick for better marinating. Also excellent as a seasoning mix for chicken, steak, hamburger, pork chops, and turkey. Ingredients: Sugar, powdered soy sauce (soy beans, starch, caramel color, salt), garlic powder, green onions, sesame seed, other spices. No MSG added.
