Description   Measuring a large 7.5" x 15" and, over a 1/2" thick, these fresh cut, all natural Cedar grilling planks impart great smoke flavor to your grilling. Cedar Grill Planks are traditionally used in the Pacific Northwest to grill/smoke fish. Soak in water for one hour. Coat in Olive Oil. Place on indirect heat not over 350F for the most effective use.
